  • In Inside Flow we continuously move through each posture as we connect to music, utilizing breath, rythm, and flow. Inside Flow uses music as the driving force of how it is choreographed. Moving through honey from one posture to the next, we focus on the movement between the postures.

  • Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of dance, yoga, pilates, & strength training. Each workout is designed to target each muscle group giving you a sustainable workout without pushing yourself too far and have enough heat that you are guaranteed to feel the burn.

  • Aerial yoga and fitness is for everybody. Yes, even YOU! Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our classes can help you release muscle tension and mental stress, strengthen and tone your body, cultivate a stronger mind-body connection, step outside your comfort zone and be playful, so you can move more easily through life.

  • Would you like to practice yoga that is tailored to your individual needs, e.g., stress relief, back pain, or injury? We can talk about your needs in a free yoga 1:1 consultation.

  • Gather up a few of your friends (4-6 ppl)

    for a personalized small group class! Can be Yoga (Flow, Power, Slow Flow) or Inside Flow.
